Job summary

Island Hospitality Management seeks an Overnight Guest Services Coordinator to handle routine office tasks and act as the resort face for guests with questions or concerns. The role may require flexible, including overnight, scheduling.

The position involves greeting guests, handling feedback, checking in/out, and performing general admin duties while supporting marketing materials and communications for the resort.

Qualifications

• Intermediate computer proficiency, including the ability to use Microsoft Office, email, and the internet.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service.
• Prior administrative experience is preferred.
• Resort office or property front desk experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and establish rapport with guests.
• Field resort comments, suggestions, and complaints to the Resort Manager.
• Check guests in and out for their reservations.
• Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, typing, copying, faxing, and filing.
• Complete and maintain resort records, reports, and files.
• Prepare and distribute resort communications such as rule reminders, violation notices, newsletters, etc.
• Ensure office supplies are sufficiently stocked and prepare supply orders as needed.
• Assist with the preparation of marketing materials.
