Island Hospitality Management is seeking a Guest Services Coordinator for our resort in Colorado. This seasonal role runs from now through October and involves front desk duties, guest relations, and clerical work at the office.
You will greet guests, handle inquiries, check in/out, manage golf cart reservations, and support marketing materials and office operations as needed.
As our Guest Services Coordinator, you will cover routine office/clerical responsibilities for one of our resorts. You will also serve as the face of the resort as you interact with current and prospective guests who come to the office with questions and concerns.
This is a seasonal position from now to October.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The number of hours you will be scheduled to work during the week is variable and is based on guest occupancy, season, staffing and other factors. Island Hospitality is unable to guarantee a specific number of work hours per week.
