Job summary

IHM Outdoors is seeking an Overnight Guest Services Coordinator to support routine office tasks and serve as the face of the resort for guests with questions and concerns. You may work overnight shifts and provide flexible scheduling to accommodate guest needs.

The role emphasizes guest service, administrative duties, and front desk tasks, with opportunities to assist in marketing materials and communications within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and establish rapport with guests.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service.
• Prior administrative experience preferred.
• Resort office or front desk experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and establish rapport with guests.
• Field resort comments, suggestions, and complaints to the Resort Manager.
• Check guests in and out for their reservations.
• Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, typing, copying, faxing, and filing.
• Complete and maintain resort records, reports, and files.
• Prepare and distribute resort communications such as rule reminders, violation notices, newsletters, etc.
• Ensure office supplies are stocked and prepare supply orders as needed.
• Assist with the preparation of marketing materials.
