Island Hospitality is seeking a Guest Services Coordinator for a resort-based, seasonal role. You will manage routine office tasks, greet guests, and handle inquiries with professionalism in a lively resort environment.
The position involves answering phones, maintaining records, and assisting with marketing materials, with flexible scheduling based on occupancy and seasonality. A friendly, organized approach is essential for delivering outstanding guest service.
As the Guest Services Coordinator, you will cover routine office/clerical responsibilities for one of our resorts. You will also serve as the face of the resort, interacting with current and prospective guests who come to the office with questions and concerns.
This is a seasonal position that may require flexible scheduling availability.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. The employee is also regularly required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The number of hours you will be scheduled to work during the week is variable and is based on guest occupancy, season, staffing, and other factors. Island Hospitality is unable to guarantee a specific number of work hours per week.
