The position involves answering phones, maintaining records, and assisting with marketing materials, with flexible scheduling based on occupancy and seasonality. A friendly, organized approach is essential for delivering outstanding guest service.

Qualifications

• Moderate computer proficiency with MS Office, email, and internet.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Approachable and available for guests.
• Resort office or hotel front desk experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and establish rapport.
• Field resort comments, suggestions, and complaints to the Resort Manager.
• Check guests in and out for their reservations.
• Perform administrative duties such as answering phones, typing, copying, faxing, and filing.
• Complete and maintain resort records, reports, and files.
• Prepare and distribute resort communications such as rule reminders, violation notices, newsletters, etc.
• Ensure office supplies are stocked and supply orders are prepared.
• Help with preparation of marketing materials.
