Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in hotel operations.
• Two years’ experience in customer service.
• Overnight shift availability 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.
• Cash handling experience and strong math skills.
• Clear spoken and written English communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and telephone etiquette.
• Host and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Assist with check-in/out, folios, invoicing and billing.
• Identify and resolve guest issues, aiming to exceed expectations.
• Coordinate with department leaders to ensure a personalized guest experience.
• Maintain accurate guest account records and knowledge of hotel services.
• Perform cash-handling duties with accuracy and integrity.
• Apply basic accounting knowledge as required.
