Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support guests overnight and manage laundry, dishes, and basic front desk tasks in accordance with company guidelines. You will check guests in/out, handle payments, perform laundry and dishwashing duties, stock supplies, and ensure safety and cleanliness across the property on the 11:00pm–7:00am shift.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED and the ability to work independently, communicate in English, and handle

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with hotel PMS systems is beneficial.
• Ability to communicate in English and handle basic cash transactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight with check-in/check-out in line with guidelines.
• Perform laundry tasks: wash, dry, fold linens and towels; process dishware.
• Stock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to PAR levels.
• Handle reservations, payments, and departures per procedures.
• Maintain grab-and-go breakfast setup and conduct property tours for cleanliness.
