Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support overnight guest services. Responsibilities include checking guests in and out, processing laundry and dishware, and maintaining cleanliness across laundry and cart rooms.

The role requires following safety procedures and brand guidelines while handling payments and guest inquiries. The position involves early or late shifts, a focus on guest satisfaction, and collaboration with hotel teams to ensure a positive experience

Qualifications

• Proficient in English and able to interact with guests and associates.
• Able to operate the property management system and complete shift reports and audits.
• Understand safety rules and operation/maintenance documents.
• Capable of completing routine reports and basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight, check-in/out per guidelines and collect payments.
• Handle laundry: wash, dry, fold linens, towels, and related items.
• Process dishes and maintain cleanliness of laundry and cart rooms.
• Stock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to PAR levels.
• Conduct grab-and-go breakfast setup per brand standards.
• Perform property tours for cleanliness and maintenance observations.
• Comply with safety, security, and cash-handling policies.
