Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support guests overnight, handling check-in/check-out procedures and completing all laundry duties. The role includes answering phones, safety compliance, and maintaining cleanliness across the property.

The position requires flexibility for a night shift (11:00pm–7:00am) and may involve basic dishware processing, checkout assistance, and routine tours to ensure guest satisfaction and hotel standards are met.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience with hotel front desk or housekeeping operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight with check-in/check-out and payments according to company guidelines.
• Handle all laundry tasks: wash, dry, fold linens, towels, blankets, and other items.
• Process all dishware per standards: wash, dry, and package.
• Stock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to maintain PAR levels.
• Conduct grab-and-go breakfast setup and property tours for cleanliness and safety.
• Follow safety, cash handling, and key control procedures.
