Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support guests overnight, including check-in/out and payment handling. You will manage all laundry duties, process dishware, and keep housekeeping carts stocked; also you’ll help with grab-and-go breakfast and property cleanliness.

Adherence to safety and company policies is required. This role contributes to a positive guest experience through reliable, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Understand and communicate in English proficiently to interact with guests and associates.
• Operate basic property management system knowledge and audit functions when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight, including check-in/out and payment processing per guidelines.
• Handle all laundry tasks: wash, dry, fold linens, towels, and shower curtains.
• Process dishware and keep carts, rooms, and laundry areas stocked per PAR levels.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast and perform daily property inspections for cleanliness.
• Adhere to safety, security, and cash handling policies and report issues promptly.
