Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support guests overnight, check-in/out, and manage laundry operations. The role includes answering phones, stocking supplies, and upholding safety protocols in a fast-paced hotel setting.

You will also handle breakfast setup, assist with front desk coverage as needed, and ensure cleanliness across common areas while maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• English proficiency to interact with guests and associates.
• Operate the property management system and related reports.
• Follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Complete routine reports and correspondence.
• Perform basic arithmetic for transactions.
• Exercise good judgment at all times.
• Resolve guest-related issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Process laundry, including stains, washing, drying, folding linens and towels.
• Handle dishware washing, drying and packaging per standards.
• Stock carts and laundry rooms to PAR levels.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments and departures per guidelines.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast in accordance with brand standards.
• Conduct daily property tours for cleanliness and safety reporting.
• Adhere to cash handling and key control policies.
