Job summary

Placemakr in Arlington, VA is seeking an Overnight Guest Experience Associate to serve as the overnight point of contact for guests and residents. This full-time role supports on-site property operations, delivering exceptional service during the 10pm–8am shift and collaborating with the on-site team to maintain safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience in hospitality, retail, multi-family, or food & beverage.
• Ability to work overnight hours and exercise independent judgment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest and resident service overnight.
• Collaborate with property team to maintain safety and issue resolution.
• Respond to guest inquiries via text, email, or in-app messages.
• Check guests in/out according to Placemakr standards.
• Complete shift handovers and document tasks accurately.
