Job summary

Placemakr is hiring an Overnight Resident Experience Associate to serve as the primary overnight contact across multiple communities in the Washington, DC area. The role focuses on delivering responsive, professional service to residents during overnight hours and coordinating with on-site teams to ensure a high-quality guest experience.

You will work an overnight schedule, including weekends and holidays, with travel between communities as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering excellent customer service in hospitality, retail, multifamily, or similar settings.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, team members, and partners, both verbally and in writing.
• Comfortable learning and using systems or technology (CRM or similar).
• Able to support multiple communities and adapt to changing priorities.
• Respond with urgency while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional overnight service to residents and partners, delivering responsive, professional, and personalized support.
• Serve as the primary overnight contact across multiple Placemakr communities.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, and Operations to ensure timely responses.
• Maintain a safe, compliant environment by following policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to resident communications promptly and professionally, using approved channels.
• Conduct thorough shift handovers to ensure continuity of operations.
• Support travel between communities as business needs require.
