Job summary

Placemakr is hiring a Guest Experience Associate for an on-site role in Washington, DC. You will be the primary contact for guests and residents throughout their stay, delivering exceptional service and embodying our Community Norms across shifts, including weekends and holidays.

The role requires 1+ year of customer-facing experience, strong communication, and the ability to work as part of a collaborative team. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Effective communication with internal and external customers.
• Experience using POS systems or CRM software is a plus.
• Can-do attitude and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional experience to guests, residents and partners.
• Collaborate with property team members as a unified team.
• Maintain a safe, secure and compliant environment for all.
• Respond promptly to guest communications via text, email, HubSpot and AirBnB.
• Check guests into rooms following Placemakr standards.
• Collect payments at check-in per established protocols.
• Utilize maintenance, housekeeping, and check-in systems.
• Complete shift handovers and support other duties as assigned.
