Placemakr is hiring an Overnight Guest Experience Associate in Pittsburgh, PA, focusing on providing exceptional service during overnight shifts (10pm–8am). This on‑site role supports a collaborative property team and offers competitive pay with a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering excellent customer service in hospitality, retail, multi‑family or food & beverage.
• Overnight hours experience with independent judgement.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external customers.
• Familiarity with POS, CRM, or customer communication systems.
• Ability to perform night audit tasks and related duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional experience to guests, residents and partners during overnight hours.
• Collaborate effectively with property team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a safe, secure and compliant environment for guests and staff.
• Respond to guest communications via text, email, HubSpot and AirBnB.
• Check guests into rooms per Placemakr standards and complete nightly audits.
