Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hospitality supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong guest relations and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site Manager on Duty during overnight shifts.
• Handle after-hours check-ins/check-outs and reservations as needed.
• Answer and route guest calls with professional etiquette.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Conduct routine property patrols and safety checks.
• Coordinate with security during events as needed.
• Oversee overnight hotel and resort operations.
• Assist with night audit procedures and end-of-day tasks.
• Communicate overnight activity and updates to incoming management.
