Western Camps, Inc. (Wonder Valley Ranch Resort) in Reedley, CA is hiring a Night Manager Guest Services & Safety (MOD) for full-time overnight shifts at Wonder Valley Ranch Resort.

The Overnight MOD leads after-hours operations, ensures guest satisfaction and safety, and coordinates with security when needed. Ideal candidates have hospitality leadership experience and strong decision-making skills. Salary ranges from $22 to $25 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, resort, hotel, or events required.
• Strong guest relations and service mindset.
• Able to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site Manager on Duty during overnight shifts.
• Handle after-hours check-in/check-out and reservations.
• Respond to guest calls with professional etiquette and resolve concerns.
• Conduct nightly safety checks and coordinate with security for events.
• Oversee overnight operations and room readiness transitions.
• Complete night audit procedures and report exceptions to management.
• Communicate overnight updates to incoming management and front desk teams.
