Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or hotel operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours and manage priorities.
• Comfort with coordinating light financial tasks and cash handling.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary overnight guest services presence and assist late-arriving guests.
• Overnight check-ins/outs and providing information about the property and local area.
• Monitor front desk, lobby, and guest areas during overnight shift.
• Restock, reset, and clean guest-facing areas as needed.
• Prepare spaces for the following day’s operations and meetings/events.
• Create personalized touches for guests and members to enhance stays.
• Complete basic overnight financial tasks and reconcile house ledgers.
