Job summary

Heritage Hotels & Resorts, Inc. is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee overnight hotel operations, ensuring accurate financial activity and secure closeout. You will balance charges, support guests and staff, and maintain high service standards.

The role requires strong knowledge of hotel software and PMS, plus leadership and attention to detail to ensure a calm, safe night shift and accurate daily reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of hotel software and property management systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the accountable managerial presence overnight.
• Balance room charges with company systems and PMS.
• Close daily business for all outlets and post accurate totals.
• Balance daily credit card transactions and transmit settlements.
• Perform daily system backups and maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate with GEM/AGM/GM and Accounting to record expenses and revenues in the GL.
• Ensure compliance with safety, operational, labor and Heritage standards.
