Job summary

Hotel Management & Consulting, Inc. is seeking a positive Night Guest Attendant to be the face of our property during the overnight shift. You will check guests in/out after hours and address their needs with excellent service.

Responsibilities include property inspections, laundry, cleaning, and following emergency procedures to ensure safety. A flexible schedule and prior hospitality experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and basic IT literacy.
• Excellent communication and strong organizational abilities.
• Good time management and proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Willing to work a changing schedule and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Property inspections during the night to ensure safety and security.
• Assisting guests with checking in and out after hours with high service standards.
• Handle laundry duties and maintain a clean, organized laundry area.
• Perform cleaning tasks and restock supplies across public areas.
• Follow emergency procedures and ensure guest and property safety.
• Other duties as assigned.
