Four Seasons Resort The Biltmore Santa Barbara is seeking a Part-Time Overnight Communications Agent to support reopening the resort in the American Riviera. This role offers overnight shifts and the chance to contribute to a luxury guest experience.

You will handle calls, emails, and messages, route requests to the right teams, and provide information on hotel services, hours, and events, all with warmth and professionalism. English proficiency is required; Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.
• Experience in Reservations and Front Office on high-volume call centers.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer and action telephone call inquiries efficiently using guest names.
• Provide information on hotel facilities, hours, key personnel, and events.
• Determine guest needs for room accommodations and assist with problem solving.
• Utilize guest profile systems to ensure accuracy and recognition.
• Handle calls, emails, messages and faxes with hospitality and professionalism.
