Job summary

Regent Santa Monica Beach, a luxury resort, seeks an Overnight Bellperson to ensure a seamless, sophisticated guest experience during the overnight shift. You will play a key role in maintaining quiet elegance and delivering exceptional service for arriving and departing guests.

Reporting to the Overnight Manager, you will assist with luggage, coordinate with valet and front desk teams, and share knowledge about hotel facilities and local attractions while upholding grooming and presentation

Qualifications

• Proven guest service experience or similar guest-facing role.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Impeccable grooming and presentation.
• Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
• Strong physical fitness to handle duties.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote Regent's service philosophy and style through our people attributes.
• Attend daily shift briefings and complete the Overnight Bellperson checklist.
• Polish bell carts and maintain cleanliness of bell storage.
• Assist guests with luggage and transportation arrangements.
• Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Log guest requests and deliveries in the bell activity log.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests promptly.
• Maintain vigilance in the lobby to ensure guest safety.
