Job summary

Four Seasons Resort The Biltmore Santa Barbara is seeking a Laundry Attendant to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation for guest and hotel linens. You will handle guest room linen, F&B linen, and staff uniforms, while ensuring a clean, organized laundry area and accurate daily records.

This role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work varied hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a similar role, luxury hotel setting preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial laundry operations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest room linens, Food & Beverage linens, and employee uniforms.
• Operate and maintain laundry and folding equipment; ensure safety procedures.
• Keep laundry area clean, organized, and compliant with standards.
• Count, bag, fold, press, and steam linens as required.
• Record daily laundry activities and report issues to supervisor.
