Veho is seeking a Ground Operations Lead in the United States to oversee daily logistics activities and lead a fast-paced shift. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams and driver partners to ensure safe, efficient launches and successful sorts, while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or operations management is preferred.
• Forklift certification and/or experience operating box trucks is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift to ensure safe, efficient launches and sorts.
• Coordinate with Veho teams and driver partners to maintain operations.
• Navigate logistics platforms to implement changes and re-routes.
• Operate forklift and potentially a box truck as needed.
• Provide high levels of customer service to driver partners and internal teams.
• Lead a shift with strong communication and safety focus.
• Stand for long periods and regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
