Job summary

Stord, The Consumer Experience Company, seeks an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day fulfillment center activities in Atlanta. You will guide Area Managers and warehouse teams to meet inbound, outbound, and returns goals while maintaining high accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities include KPI ownership, budgeting, staffing, and cross-functional collaboration with industrial engineering, solutions engineering, and customer teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in high-volume DTC environment in a manager role.
• Experience leading teams of 5 salaried and 60+ staff.
• Experience with WMS configuration and troubleshooting.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound, put-away, outbound, B2C/B2B and returns.
• Lead Area Managers and warehouse staff to meet daily goals.
• Set and maintain operational KPIs like accuracy and SLA.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and ICQA processes.
• Manage budgeting, payroll, and staffing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results.
• Prepare for new client launches.
