Job summary

Stord is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the fulfillment center in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will drive inbound to outbound processes, ensure inventory accuracy, and mentor a team of Area Managers and warehouse staff to hit daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

You will manage budgets and schedules, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and support client launches while maintaining high standards of safety and quality in a large facility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in high-volume consumer environment at a managerial level or higher.
• Experience leading salaried teams of 5+ people.
• Experience leading 60+ non-exempt staff.
• Experience running a highly technical operation including automation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for the fulfillment center, including inbound, put-away, outbound, and returns.
• Lead and develop Area Managers, operations leads, and warehouse staff to meet daily goals.
• Set and maintain operational KPIs: location accuracy, dock-to-stock, outbound SLA, order productivity, personnel productivity.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and support ICQA, audit readiness, and GMP adherence where required.
• Manage budgeting and payroll for operations.
• Schedule and staff to meet demand and support new client launches.
