Job summary

Stord, The Consumer Experience Company, is hiring a Site Leader to manage day-to-day warehouse operations near Atlanta, GA. You will direct supervisors and hourly staff to execute staffing plans, inbound/outbound loads, and inventory accuracy while ensuring top-tier customer service and safety.

You will partner with the Warehouse Excellence team and leadership to develop scalable processes, manage budget adherence, and deliver peak-season strategies that meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of leadership in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and material handling equipment.
• LEAN experience and safety standards knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple supervisors and hourly staff across a warehouse network.
• Plan staffing, monitor schedules, and adjust to meet demand and objectives.
• Manage inbound/outbound loading, inventory accuracy, and warehouse organization.
• Uphold productivity, customer service, and safety metrics daily.
• Coach, develop, and perform staff reviews to drive growth and performance.
• Track KPIs, manage budgets and spend relative to the plan.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver peak-season strategies and budget targets.
