National Fitness Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Indiana. The role offers starting pay at $12 per hour with a schedule of Monday through Friday and a morning shift.

• Promote our fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script


• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.


• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
