Job summary

Vine Street Hospitality is seeking an Overnight Manager in Los Angeles to lead our Front Office overnight operations, including Bell Staff, Reception, and Member Services. You will drive guest satisfaction by refining processes, managing payroll and budgets, and mentoring a high-energy team in a boutique, high-volume setting.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in front office management, strong hospitality knowledge, and outstanding communication skills. Weekend/evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years experience managing Front Office operations.
• Extensive knowledge of Opera, Salesforce, Open Table, and Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Bilingual language skills a plus.
• Hospitality Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overnight Manager: oversee all overnight hotel and Front Office operations including Bell Staff, Receptionists, Member Services, and Reservations.
• Develop and monitor departmental goals, payroll, expenses, staffing levels, and guest service standards.
• Provide information about local attractions and points of interest.
• Support daily operations, greet guests and members upon arrival, and ensure proper onboarding of new hires.
• Participate in talent identification, interviewing, and staff training opportunities.
• Communicate daily events, guest lists, VIPs, occupancy, and budget; resolve guest and staff inquiries promptly.
• Deliver high standards of customer service and track guest disputes and claims.
