Job summary

Springhill Suites Truckee overnight front desk supervisor supports hotel operations, verifies guest accounts, balances revenues, and assists with guest services and safety. You will reconcile daily front desk work, post rooms, and generate next-day reports for Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales and the Executive Office.

The role requires at least 1 year in a similar hotel position, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalence required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role; hotel experience preferred
• Flexibility: Willing to work flexible scheduled shifts based on business needs

Responsibilities

• Overnight hotel operations coordination and balance revenues
• Reconcile daily front desk accounts and post rooms
• Run end-of-day procedures and post rooms and close day
• Provide next day reports for Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, and Executive Office
• Perform duties of front desk agent as assigned
• Handle guest questions, complaints and deliver exceptional customer service
• Maintain safety and security of guests and staff
