Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditor role.
• Knowledge of PMS system.

Responsibilities

• Overnight front desk shift, 11:00pm - 7:00am.
• Audits the daily guest ledger.
• Handles end-of-day accounting functions including posting daily room rates, room tax and charges.
• Ensures accuracy of charges to guest folios.
• Taxes and revenues from multiple departments are totaled.
• Checks guests in/out, books reservations, resolves issues.
• Monitors security cameras and keeps lobby area well maintained.
