• Provide daily reports to Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, and Executive Office.
• Handle VIP reservations and ensure smooth check-in/check-out.
• Assist with up-selling to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain front desk supplies and ensure cleanliness and organization.
