Job summary

Grand Canyon University is seeking a part-time Discover GCU Hotel, Travel & Events Scheduling Associate in Phoenix, AZ. You will assist with front desk arrivals/departures, booking guest travel and monitoring flights to support Discover GCU events.

The role requires customer service experience, fluency in English, flexible nights/weekends/holidays, and a student status with GPA requirements. Training provided and you may work nights in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in customer service or hospitality industry.
• Must be fluent in English, able to read and write.

Responsibilities

• Work the hotel front desk overnight shifts from 11pm to 7am as needed.
• Assist with booking Discover GCU guest arrivals and departures and monitor flight times.
• Greet guests, address concerns, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage room inventory and check-in/check-out procedures.
• Help guests with dining and activity recommendations and coordinate shuttle service.
• Provide support to GCU Hotel departments and teammates to ensure an exceptional stay.
• Assist with general inquiries.
