Manhattanview Rehab Center is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Receptionist to operate the switchboard, greet visitors, and support clerical tasks during the 11pm–7am shift. The position offers full-time/part-time options with benefits including insurance and 401(k).

Responsibilities include answering calls, directing inquiries, maintaining resident lists, and ensuring compassionate service in a caring environment. High school degree and basic English needed; medical terminology preferred.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent with college/business school coursework preferred.
• Experience with medical terminology is preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and understand the English language.

Responsibilities

• Answers calls and greets visitors; manages switchboard and paging.
• Directs calls to appropriate residents and staff.
• Gathers directions for visitors and supports clerical tasks.
• Timecards distribution to departments.
• Collate medical charts.
• Orders supplies per procedures and budget allocations.
• Maintain residents list, phone extensions, and physician kardex.
• Ensure high-quality, compassionate service.
