Park Gardens Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a reliable Front Desk Receptionist for the overnight shift. You will greet visitors, manage access, answer calls, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for residents, families, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities include signing in visitors, directing inquiries, monitoring entrances, handling messages, and keeping the reception area organized while adhering to safety and confidentiality policies.

Formación

• Prior receptionist/front desk or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Ability to remain alert during the overnight shift.
• Healthcare facility experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist visitors, families, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
• Monitor the front entrance and regulate visitor access per policies.
• Maintain accurate visitor sign-in and sign-out logs.
• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Monitor facility entry points and report security concerns.
• Communicate messages to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain an organized and professional reception area.
• Follow safety, security, and confidentiality protocols.
