Job summary

Fitness Connection in Mesquite, TX is hiring for a Part Time Front Desk Hospitality role. You will welcome Members and Guests, check them in, register guests, and answer phones, ensuring a friendly, efficient experience at the front desk. The position emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and precise checkout procedures.

Front Desk teammates participate in EPIC Training and contribute to a positive club atmosphere, while supporting other guest services and retail interactions when needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Must understand and follow verbal and written instructions and communicate effectively.
• Must interpret training contracts and pricing packages.
• Teammate must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to move quickly between work areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet Members/Guests with EPIC greetings and farewells.
• Check in members using proper procedures.
• Register guests into the gym.
• Answer phones with Fitness Connection verbiage.
• Route inquiries to the appropriate Fitness Consultant.
• Direct guests to the correct team member in a prompt, professional manner.
• Serve as a communication hub for members, guests and teammates.
• Perform opening and closing duties and maintain front desk area.
