Job summary

Fitness Connection in Denton, TX is seeking a Front Desk Hospitality teammate to greet members and guests, check them in, answer calls, and route inquiries to the appropriate Fitness Consultant. You will promote and assist with ProShop items, maintain front desk operations, and support member services with check-ins and account updates.

This part-time position offers a fast-paced, welcoming gym environment where teammates grow their hospitality skills while helping members achieve their fitness

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Previous experience in Hospitality/Customer Service preferred.
• Must be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions and effectively communicate.
• Teammate must have excellent verbal and written English language communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet all Members/Guests with EPIC greetings & farewells and check them in.
• Register guests into the gym using proper procedures.
• Answer the telephone promptly with Fitness Connection verbiage.
• Route inquiries to the appropriate Fitness Consultant in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and pro shop area; assist with opening/closing duties.
