Job summary

Fitness Connection is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk teammate in Irving, TX to welcome members and guests, handle check-ins, registrations, and phone inquiries, and support club operations with hospitality and energy.

You will interact with members, maintain a welcoming environment, and collaborate with Fitness Consultants to ensure exceptional service and a positive experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Hospitality/Customer Service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Able to understand and follow instructions and pricing contracts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move around the gym environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet Members/Guests with EPIC greetings and farewells.
• Check members in using proper procedures.
• Register guests into the gym.
• Answer phones promptly with Fitness Connection verbiage.
• Route telephone inquiries to the appropriate Fitness Consultant.
• Direct guests and appointments to the right team member.
• Serve as the communication hub for members, guests and teammates.
