Job summary

Fitness Connection in Carrollton, TX is hiring a Front Desk teammate for a part-time role. You will warmly greet Members and Guests, manage check-ins, answer phones, and guide inquiries to the right Fitness Consultant. You’ll also promote ProShop offerings and support front-desk operations throughout shifts.

The ideal candidate has hospitality or customer service experience, strong English communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior EPIC Training may be provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Prior hospitality/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions and communicate effectively.
• Ability to interpret contracts and pricing in personal training/packages.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Physical ability to bend, squat, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Move quickly between work areas within gym environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist Members/Guests with EPIC greetings and farewells.
• Check-in Members and register guests with proper procedures.
• Answer phones with proper Fitness Connection verbiage and route inquiries.
• Direct guests to the appropriate Fitness Consultant promptly.
• Promote and sell drinks, bars, supplements and merchandise in ProShop.
• Maintain ProShop area and handle POS/money procedures.
• Complete opening and closing duties and keep the front desk tidy.
