Job summary

Fitness Connection in Dallas, TX is seeking a Part Time Front Desk Hospitality teammate to create an EPIC first impression for members and guests. You will check in members, register guests, answer calls, and route inquiries while supporting a friendly, energetic club environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, accurate registration, and proactive guest assistance, with training through our EPIC program to ensure excellent member experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Hospitality/Customer Service experience preferred.
• Must be able to understand and follow verbal & written instructions.
• Must be able to interpret business communications including contracts and pricing.
• Teammate must have excellent verbal and written English language communication skills.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds and mobility in a gym environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet Members/Guests with EPIC greetings and farewells.
• Check-in Members using proper procedures.
• Register guests accurately.
• Answer telephone with Fitness Connection verbiage.
• Route Telephone Inquiries to appropriate team members.
• Direct guests to Fitness Consultants as needed.
• Maintain front desk and entryway neat, clean, and organized.
• Assist with opening & closing duties and basic club cleaning.
