Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a reliable Night Auditor to manage the front desk during the overnight shift at our hotel in Manassas, VA. You will handle guest check-ins/check-outs, process payments, and complete daily financial tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Strong customer service and multitasking abilities are required, along with proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office. Weekend and holiday availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Proficiency with computer systems and reservation software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the front desk during the overnight shift, including handling guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Answer phone calls and respond to online inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle guest requests, such as booking tours or making restaurant reservations.
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including handling payments and issuing keys.
• Complete daily financial and operational tasks, such as reconciling the guest ledger and completing shift reports.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
