Qualifications

• Previous experience as a night auditor or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload during the night shift.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software (Microsoft Office and reservation systems).
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and respond to online inquiries promptly and professionally.
