Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a reliable Night Auditor to join a hotel team. The role oversees overnight front desk operations, checks guests in and out, and ensures daily financial tasks are completed accurately to maintain smooth hotel operations.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, multitasking ability, and attention to detail. Overnight shifts may include weekends and holidays, with opportunities for professional development and advancement within the hotel.

Qualifications

• Experience as a night auditor or in a front desk/customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software including reservation systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage the front desk during the overnight shift, including handling guest check-ins and check-outs
• Answer phone calls and respond to online inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Handle guest requests, such as booking tours or making restaurant reservations
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including handling payments and issuing keys
• Complete daily financial and operational tasks, such as reconciling the guest ledger and completing shift reports
• Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
• Perform light cleaning duties, such as wiping down counters and restocking supplies and sweeping and mopping lobby and taking trash out.
• Other duties as assigned such as folding laundry.
