Job summary

The Hampton Inn Lexington/Georgetown seeks a reliable Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent for the overnight shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM). You will balance daily financials and provide guest service during the night, reporting to hotel management from 128 Darby Drive, Georgetown, KY.

Role requires hands-on experience with Hilton PEP, strong math skills, and a HS diploma with at least 1 year in front desk or auditing. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or auditing experience.
• Direct, functional proficiency using Hilton's PEP software.
• Strong math, analytical, and data balancing skills.
• Reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-of-day close in Hilton PEP and troubleshoot alerts.
• Audit, balance, and verify daily front desk cash flows and transactions.
• Manage late-night check-ins and overnight reservations with Hamptonality mindset.
• Compile and distribute daily operational journals and financial summaries.
• Maintain overnight security and respond to emergencies per procedures.
• Set up morning prep and assist breakfast shift preparation.
