Job summary

Hampton Inn Lexington/Georgetown is seeking a reliable Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent for the overnight shift. You will be the main overnight face of the hotel, delivering Hamptonality while conducting nightly financial close using Hilton PEP.

The role requires at least 1 year in front desk or auditing, strong math skills, and punctuality. You will manage late-night check-ins, balance daily cash flows, and assist with breakfast prep for the morning shift.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum hotel front desk or auditing experience.
• Experience using Hilton PEP software is required.
• Strong math and ability to balance financial data.

Responsibilities

• PEP System Operations: run end-of-day close and resolve system alerts.
• Financial Auditing: balance cash flows, credit card transactions, and room revenue.
• Guest Service & Front Desk: handle late-night check-ins, early departures, and overnight inquiries.
• Reporting: prepare daily journals and financial summaries for management.
• Overnight Safety: ensure building security and respond to emergencies.
• Morning Prep: assist with coffee and breakfast setup.
