Hampton Inn is seeking a Night Auditor to serve as the sole Front Office Associate during the overnight shift, ensuring a smooth, courteous guest experience while handling all front desk duties from 11pm to 7am.

The role requires greeting guests, processing check-ins/outs, balancing reports, handling cash, and maintaining security and room rate knowledge, with training provided and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Able to work the 11pm–7am shift.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting principles preferred.
• Experience handling cash and general administrative tasks.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at front desk per standards.
• Prepare night audit checklist, reports and front office functions.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly manner.
• Answer guest inquiries about services and area.
• Maintain knowledge of rates, packages and promotions.
• Operate front desk computer system and balance daily reports.
• Train new Night Auditors as requested.
• Maintain professional appearance and guest relations.
• Ensure security procedures and cash handling accuracy.
