The Sire Hotel Lexington, Tapestry by Hilton in Lexington, KY is seeking a trustworthy Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. You will support front desk operations, assist with reservations, and handle nightly financial tasks while delivering outstanding guest service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel front desk or night audit is preferred but not required.
• Must be computer proficient; experience with accounting or reservation software is a bonus.
• Overnight shift requires flexible hours; good communication and guest service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with housekeeping to keep room status reports up to date and coordinate maintenance requests.
• Accommodate special guest requests whenever possible.
• Assist in preregistration, block rooms, manage credit, check-cashing, and cash handling policies.
• Post charges to guest accounts, process paid outs, currency exchange, and use suggestive selling to help guests.
• Reconcile credit card transactions and financial records after audits; compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
