HVMG is seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor for a Lexington, KY hotel. You will manage overnight front desk operations, assist late check-ins, reconcile the day’s transactions, and prepare management reports.

The role requires independence, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to accurate financial reporting. You’ll report to the Front Office Manager or Director of Finance, with opportunities to grow into supervisory or accounting roles within the portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Night audit or hotel front desk experience preferred
• Ability to work independently overnight
• English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Be the overnight point of financial accuracy, recording and reconciling transactions
• Audit guest accounts, process night audit reports, assist with check-ins/outs
• Report to Front Office Manager or Director of Finance/Controller
• Opportunities to advance to roles such as front office supervisor or hotel accounting
