Responsibilities include completing nightly audits, balancing revenue, running reports, and preparing the morning shift handoff. The role emphasizes independence, accuracy, and consistent overnight availability.

Qualifications

• Front desk or night audit experience preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Calm, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Capable of working consistent overnight shifts any day of the week including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete nightly audit processes and balance daily revenue.
• Run reports and ensure financial information is accurate and organized.
• Assist guests with check‑ins, check‑outs, and service requests.
• Monitor hotel safety and security during overnight hours.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues when possible.
• Prepare the front desk for morning shift transition.
