Job summary

Midas Hospitality is seeking a dependable Night Auditor to join our Front Office team for overnight shifts. The role involves completing the nightly audit, balancing hotel transactions, and preparing reports for the next day.

You will provide professional guest service, handle check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records. This position requires attention to detail, independence, and the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel Front Desk, Night Audit, customer service, accounting, cashiering, or related experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial transactions and reports.
• Basic math, computer, and data entry skills.
• Ability to learn hotel PMS and financial reporting systems.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during overnight shifts.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling guest and financial information.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service during overnight hours while completing the nightly audit.
• Balance Front Office transactions and daily financial reports.
• Process check-ins/outs, reservations, and billing with accuracy.
• Promote loyalty program enrollment and guest engagement.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure lobby and Front Desk area remain professional and organized.
• Coordinate with other departments for seamless overnight operations.
